Booking terms and privacy notice

Payment

The total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours. The booking becomes final after payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to info@villabudapest.hu. Cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided that at least 14 days remain before check-in. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded. After the 24-hour free-cancellation period, if cancellation is made more than 14 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days before check-in. No refund is available in case of no-show or early departure. Refunds are processed by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 business days after written confirmation of the cancellation. The time of receipt of the cancellation email determines the applicable deadline.

House rules

Parties, bachelor parties, loud events, smoking and pets are not allowed. The garden may not be used after 22:00. The infrared and Finnish saunas must not be used at the same time.

Privacy

The booking data is used to process the reservation, communicate with the guest and meet legal obligations. The final privacy notice must be completed with the accommodation provider’s legal and contact details before launch.
