Booking terms and privacy notice

Payment

The total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours. The booking becomes final after payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellation, amendment, prepayment and refund conditions are displayed for the selected dates and offer in the booking interface before the booking is confirmed. By submitting the booking, the guest accepts the conditions shown there; after confirmation, the version recorded in the confirmation is binding. Refunds for early departure, no-show or a reduction in guest numbers are available only where permitted by the accepted rate conditions. In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

House rules

Arrival and departure • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We aim to welcome guests in person; pre-arranged self check-in via a lockbox is also available. • For self check-out, return every key to the lockbox and securely close all doors and windows. Guests and registration • Only guests listed in the booking and registered in advance may enter or stay at the property. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. • To meet Hungarian guest-registration requirements, guests must present a valid identity document and cooperate with any advance digital registration. Accommodation may be refused if the required document is not presented. • Third-party bookings are accepted only as business bookings arranged with us in advance. Peaceful and proper use • Parties, bachelor or bachelorette events, loud gatherings and illegal activity are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00; music played indoors must not be audible outside. • Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area. • Pets are not permitted. Assistance animals must be discussed with us promptly before booking and before arrival. • Moving furniture or equipment and removing, covering or tampering with sensors or cameras is prohibited. • Commercial photography, filming, video recording or production of public content requires prior written permission. Wellness and safety • The garden, hot tub, sauna and seasonal pool may be used only from 09:00 to 22:00. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Shower before using the hot tub. Keep food, glassware and rubbish out of the wellness area and replace the hot-tub cover after use. • The Finnish and infrared saunas must not be operated at the same time. Use every facility only in accordance with the displayed instructions. • The pool operates from 1 May to 30 September. It is normally unheated; heating can be requested in advance for an extra charge. • Security cameras cover the entrance and shared outdoor areas, and an outdoor noise monitor measures sound levels without recording speech. There is no audio or video recording inside the apartments; only safety and building-operation sensors are used. Damage and departure • Do not leave electrical appliances switched on and unattended. Report any fault, damage, accident or lost key immediately. • Guests are responsible for verified damage and reasonable repair costs resulting from negligent use or a breach of the rules. • Before departure, wash used dishes, place rubbish in the designated bins and leave no food, glassware or waste in the wellness area. • In an emergency call 112 first, then notify the host.

Privacy

The booking data is used to process the reservation, communicate with the guest and meet legal obligations. The final privacy notice must be completed with the accommodation provider’s legal and contact details before launch.
